1、负责管辖区域店务跟进、业务维护、管理终端销售；

2、根据公司下达的年度/月度销售指标，制定区域年/月度营销推广计划、方案和实施步骤，并负责各项计划在各各门店的分解与落实；

3、及时解决店铺营运过程中出现的问题，确保店铺营运规范化、正常化；

4、具有人员培养、选拔、任用的能力，保证店铺正常管理的持续性；

任职要求：

1、年龄在25岁-32岁；

2、有过1-2年的店长经验；

3、能接受出差并支援开店等事项；

4、性格外向、健谈、吃苦耐劳。
