工作职责:

1. Good communication with clients and R&D to understand and meet their production requirements. Provide technical support in various stages of pilot and commercial-scale Preparation chromatography manufacturing of API/intermediates through design, selection, assembly, evaluation and troubleshooting of process and equipment

与客户和公司研发部门保持良好的购通，以理解并满足他们对生产的需求。在各个中试以及商业化规模的原料药或中间体的制备色谱纯化生产过程中提供技术支持，包括工艺流程设计、设备选型、组装、评估、疑难排解等。

2. Develop and optimize the separation and purification method for API/intermediates production, provide advice on post-treatment of the fraction, improve product quality and product efficiency, and reduce costs.

进行原料药或中间体的生产色谱制备分离纯化方法的开发及优化，对分离后产品的后处理提供意见，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低成本。

3. Be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of preparation chromatographic equipment, ensure the equipment in good condition and compliance with GMP requirement.

负责色谱制备分离纯化设备的日常管理、维护和保养，确保设备状态良好，并符合GMP要求。

4. Participate in equipment and process safety evaluation to ensure process safety.

参与设备和工艺安全评估，确保工艺安全。

5. Work with Engineering teams and related department to introduce, develop and implement innovative technology for API/intermediates production and processing.

与工程部和相关部门合作合作引进、开发及执行崭新的原料药或中间体的生产及处理技术，尤其是用在流体化学生产

任职资格:

1. College degree, bachelor degree or master degree in Chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical analysis, pharmaceutical analysis, biology and or other relevant discipline

化学工程、制药工程、化学分析、药物分析、生物及其他相关专业，本科或硕士学历

2. Familiar with the chromatographic principle, equipment, packing and process, good at analysis and problems solving.

熟悉制备色谱分离纯化的原理、设备、填料、工艺过程，良好的分析和解决问题的能力

3. Familiar with GMP operation

熟悉GMP操作

4. Good oral and written communication skill in English and Mandarin

具备良好的英文和普通话口语和书写能力

5. Proficiency in MS office, MS Visio and other office software;
