工作内容：

-负责公司及各分支机构的账务处理，负责编制公司范围的各类报表（财务、税务、监管、统计等）；

-协助公司的预算编制、汇总、上报，并对预算的执行进行监督、预警，必要时进行调整

-熟悉保险行业相关法律法规，熟悉各项财务管理制度，

-负责费用支出审核、财务凭证审核，加强合同审核，控制费用和合规风险

-负责应收账款的催收工作

-负责公司内、外部报表的审核及报送，确保财务报表的及时性及准确性

-负责内外部审计及外部检查的协调配合工作

-负责银行、税务、财政、保监局、保协等政府部门的外部协调与沟通，建立良好的外部环境

-完成上级安排的其他工作

 

任职要求：

1、财务会计专业全日制本科以上学历；

2、CPA, ACCA资格优先考虑，具有会计中级职称，会计人员从业资格证；

3、8年以上财务相关工作经验；

4、有较强的财务规划、管理、分析及内部审计能力；

5、熟悉财务税收的法律法规和政策；

6、熟练使用用友等财务软件，EXCEL等办公软件；

7、综合素质：

①熟练掌握国家财经法规、财务核算规章制度及相关税收管理要求；

②具有良好的职业道德和团队意识，工作态度端正，工作认真负责、吃苦耐劳，可随时加班；

③具有较强的学习能力和沟通能力，写作能力强；

④具有总账会计工作经验；
