工作职责：

1、将针对项目的资料通过邮件形式给至客人；
2、有技巧的解决客人在货运过程中的任何问题；
3、详细记录客户的资料信息，完善客户喜好档案，做好客户分类，删减无效客户数据；
4、参与培训课题，努力实现客服能力的提升；
5、通过分析客户需求，提供客户完整的货运建议方案，提升客户对本部门的信任度、依赖度；
6、完成上级交办的其它事务


工作要求：
1、物流专业、懂得物流相关知识或者曾有相关工作经验
2、具备良好的沟通能力及处理问题的能力；做事有条理，责任心强;能承受一定程度工作压力;
3、大专及以上学历；
