1. 负责生产线设备的日常保养与维修；

2. 负责设备机械和电气定期保养计划的执行和落实，并做好维修记录；

3. 对预防维护保养发现的设备故障隐患及时处理和提出整改建议；

4. 按照SOP培训设备操作人员正确操作机器；

5. 确保设备在工艺要求内正常运行，控制停机时间和维修费用；

6. 参与设备机械和电气改造并符合公司HSE和相关法规要求。

7. 计划和申请设备维修零部件。

8. 维修车间及维修区域6S。

任职资格 

1. 机电一体化、电气自动化、电子电器等专业中职或以上学历；

2. 二年以上中大型制造工厂设备的机械电气维修经验；

3. 熟悉各类化工泵/磨机/搅拌釜/空压机设备的安装、维护、维修等；

4. 熟悉工厂自动控制设备的维修和保养，二年以上化工厂设备维修背景优先；

5. 具有团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳；

6. 持有有效焊工证和或电工证， 南方电网高压电工证优先。
