Job Details



1. College Diploma or University Degree holder. At least 2 years work experience in Merchandising &order follow up in foreign trading company, prefer be familiar with European market
2. Be FULLY RESPONSIBLE for efficient project planning, getting quotations, sampling, and overseeing the complete order processing until the goods are successfully shipped.
2. Negotiation with the supplier for better terms of business and selection of the appropriate suppliers.
Act as a liaison between manufacturers and buyers and handles daily correspondence with them.
3. Ensure Quotations and Samples are turned around QUICKLY according to Clients’ request.
4. Proactively generate new ideas and enhance the level of customization of the products to fit customers’ need.
5. Manage different suppliers on basic order follow up
6. Fast turnaround and accurate response to the customers
7. High level of responsibility, accountability and integrity
8. Strong computer skill in Outlook, Word, Excel.
9. Must ensure excellent communication standard maintained from all the time. All written communication should be in English.


Daily Duties:


Daily Correspondence with customers and suppliers.
Handle inquiries from customers
Get quotes and Bill of material from multiple suppliers for cost comparison and handles cost negotiation with supplier to ensure we are getting the competitive cost.
Ensure the success of all projects handled, with efficient product development, on-time shipments and satisfied customers.
