          This Position is responsible   for the sales of Phileo products in China (Ruminant). 

  

• Responsible for following and implementing sales targets of the team, working together to achieve the company’s goals.  负责跟踪和实施团队销售目标，共同努力完成公司目标。

• Closely work with and assist our customer to utilize our products correctly, support sales to develop new markets, and resolve customer complains.  密切工作,协助我们的客户正确使用我们的产品,支持销售开发新市场,并解决客户抱怨
  
• Responsible for supplying technical support including products and technical services training to all new, existing, and potential accounts.  为现有和潜在客户提供包括产品应用和相关技术服务在内的支持。
  
• Collect information of market and customers, provide feasible suggestion for Phileo marketing strategies.  收集市场与客户信息，为公司制定市场营销策略提供可行性建议。
  
• According to Phileo marketing and promotion plan, organize sales & marketing activities.  根据公司市场营销  与推广计划，开展区域内公司产品的推广活动。
  

• Other duties may be assigned. 其他可能的职责。

• Bachelor or master's degree of Animal Veterinary or Nutrition 动物科学／医学本科以上学历
  
• More than 3 years of sales experience  3年以上相关工作经验
  
• Produce promotion specialist experience is a plus 有产品推广专员经验者优先
  
• Certain level of English language skill will be better 良好的英语水平更佳
  
• Excellent communication skills 良好的沟通能力
  
• Self-motivated and self-managing abilities are expected 良好的自我管控能力
• Good team player 团队合作
