RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Fastening (screw mounting) process designing for new products and continues improvement

·         All the new products DFM check, prepare documentations of PFMEA, Flow Chart, CP, WI

·         Fastening (screw mounting) fixtures designing and improve in continues.

·         The new process, machines and capability study

·         Troubleshoot in-process problems and make recommendations to increase productivity. Resolve ongoing process and tooling related problems proactively.

·         Work with R&D team to solve the DFM problems.

·         Work for customer audit and take actions for customer focus.

REQUIREMENTS

·         Personal computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE, Auto CAD.

·         Excellent communication skills, and report capability

·         Ability to work well in a Team environment

·         Knowledge in new products development processes and work flow

·         Knowledge in statistics.

·         Knowledge in IATF16949.

·         Knowledge in PFMEA, FlowChart, and CP

·         Good in English writing, listen and speaking

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

· Experience in Fastening process more than 3years

· Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical, Automatics or relate

. Knowledge in zine alloy die casting and plastic injection is better.
