1. Finish daily working on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management System.
2. Do goods receipt and goods movement in Oracle ( Architectural coatings OEM)
3. Co-ordinate QC to change material status when goods moving cannot be processed due to improper status
4. Monthly statistics how many times that we use truck to ship goods between plant and outside warehouse and how many pallet used.
5. Print delivery note of warehouse SJM daily
6. Inventory adjustment in Oracle every month end
7. Create P.O. of MRO for the entity Refinish and CHQ
8. Issue VAT invoice for the entity of Spraylat(Shanghai Jiading plant)
9. Apply and purchase blank VAT invoice and record in system.
10. Express VAT invoice to customer timely.
11. Export all invoice data of last month to finance for tax declaration, and after that clear the data stored on the golden tax card.
12. Service charge apply and payment follow up for the software linked with golden tax system.
13. Upload invoice and supporting document to account payment team in AP share point and co-ordinate applicator to solve problem if any(4 Entity related, they are 4511,3860,3926,3941)
14. lease payment apply and payment follow up ( CHQ )

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Science or equivalent.

工程、商学或理科学士学位。

2. Fluency in Mandarin and English.

普通话和英文流利。

3. 1 year experience in operations planning/purchasing, logistics and/or manufacturing operations.

一年以上运营计划／采购，物流和／或制造运营工作经验。

4. Comply with all PPG ethics standards.
