We are currently seeking an Accountant who will report to an Assistant AR&Credit Manager  in Kering Eyewear China

 

Your opportunity

 

The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

How you will contribute

1、应收款往来对账及出具对账单，

Prepare customer account reconciliation monthly

2、对收到的款项在SAP财务系统里及时入账核销；

Record the receiving payment in SAP system timely 3、与销售及客服部门定期召开会议并及时解决账目问题, 做好客户往来账款的管理及监督、督促业务员进行账款催讨；

Keep a close communication with internal（Sales and CS department） and external stakeholders for AR related issue (e.g., Reasons for overdue) with timely escalation and high quality 4、 及时完成应收账款相关各种报表的填制及分析；

Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports to ascertain status of collection

5、做好应收款信用额度控制；加速资金回扰；

Enhance the credit control and speed up the cash collection

6、开具税务发票，核对销项税，；

Issuing the VAT invoice and prepare the tax reconciliation 7、其他领导交办的事项。

Other tasks if assign

 

Who you are

1. SAP AR model experience is must

2. Must have AR or credit working experience at least 2 years in multinational enterprise 3. Work under pressure

4. Bachelor Degree, major in Accounting or credit control,
