岗位职责：

1.     负责研发甜点和烘烤面包；

2.     全面负责西饼房及冷房的餐食准备与烹制；

3.     进行监督及管理，对饼房及冷房各岗位技术指导，质量和数量进行把关；

4.     确保食品服务高效、盈利和顺利；

5.     完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.   英语听说读写良好；

2.   10年以上相关工作经验，5年以上管理经验；

3.   有高端连锁服务业、酒店、餐饮、会所、等相关行业背景者优先；
