岗位职责

工作职责:

1、监督与安排下属每天的工作内容，确保生产任务的顺利完成；

2、根据工艺资料提前做好产前审核准备工作；

3、按裁剪工艺质量标准与裁剪关键质量跟踪确认表，监督裁剪各工序工艺执行无违规现象，确保大货质量达成；

4、分析总结并解决异常问题，避免问题的再次发生，培训员工技能；

5、对团队人员进行考核，提高员工的生产积极性与效率。

任职要求

任职资格:

1、初中以上学历；

2、有5年以上裁剪操作、管理经验。

SHANGHAI ICICLE INDUSTRIAL & TRADING is primarily responsible for development and production modules.
SHANGHAI ICICLE GARMENT oversees ICICLE's manufacturing and processing business.
ICICLE PARIS provides preliminary product design and is charged with sourcing business in Europe.
