JOB OBJECTIVES:

This position requires to support all MRO purchasing operation activities in procurement department.

Main Responsibilities:

1. According to standard procedure to proceed with PO and its follow up.

2. Assist superior to develop and select vendors and conduct daily cooperation and management for current vendors.

3. Maintain technical purchasing data in system and timely filing purchasing documents.

4. Work closely with variance departments to deal with payment, quality issues and delays for technical purchasing

5. Follow up the progress of orders and take necessary measures to ensure punctual supply.

6. Balance the cost and efficiency of purchasing activities.

Requirement:

1.Education: University degreed

2.At least two years relative working experience
