2、熟悉淘宝、天猫的各项规定与流程及实际销售管理运营经验；

 3、3年以上天猫或淘宝运营管理经验；

 4、具有丰富的电子商务营销策划能力和运营管理能力。

岗位职责：

1、负责店铺整体规划、营销、推广、客户关系管理等系统经营性工作。

2、负责网店日常改版策划、上架、推广、销售、售后服务等经营与管理工作。

3、负责网店日常维护，保证网店的正常运作，优化店铺及商品排名。

4、负责执行与配合公司相关营销活动，策划店铺促销活动方案。

5，负责收集市场和行业信息，提供有效应对方案。

任职资格：

1、电子商务、计算机、市场营销专业尤佳；

2、一年以上电商经验（B2B,B2C,C2C），熟悉电商流程及平台操作的优先；

3、良好的团队协作意识，积极主动的工作态度；

4、有一定的文字功底及图片处理经验的优先；
