工作职责：

1、负责和客户经理沟通，并执行项目，符合客户要求；

2、按照流程管理所执行的项目（场地勘查、进场、拆场、施工过程监管），保证客户满意

3、严格要求制作工人在各场所的操作规范、行为，提高作业质量和效率

4、制作时间进度及效果统筹；根据效果图、施工图进行精确报价及工期预测

5、制作成本控制与管理；所负责项目的预算、结算工作，控制成本费用；

6、供应商工作协调与控制管理；

7、完成上级主管交待的其他工作；

职位要求：

1、技术规划管理能力强，熟悉相关搭建工程，材质运用，灯光，音响，视频器材硬件作业及舞台技术；

2、整合管理能力强，包括供货商关系管理，场地关系管理，质量管理，成本预算及时间控制管理；

3、熟悉其他活动管理相关领域，包括多媒体运用，软件演出，模特儿，餐饮服务，运输物流，后勤行政管理；

4、办公软件及工程图计算机软件运用能力强；

5、具有团队合作精神和很强的协作能力，判断能力、整合能力及决策能力，责任感强，富有创造激情；
