Responsibilities 岗位职责:

Finance assistant 财务助理：

? Vendor payment and staff reimbursement file collecting with primary check. 供应商支付文件与员工报销文件的初步收集与审核。

? Accounting profile and book filing. 财务部档案文件的整理与归类。

? VAT invoice courier handling with tracking. 增值税发票的邮寄与跟进。

? Other tasks are assigned by department manager. 其他由部门经理指定的工作。

Requirements 要求:

- Good team working spirit with positive career motivation.良好的团队合作精神与积极正面的职业规划。

- Good excel skill or willing to learn. 良好的Excel操作能力，学习意愿强亦可。

- English working language.英语工作语言。

- Basic knowing about accounting，and ERP system operation system is the plus.对会计有基础的认知或者相关ERP操作经验者优先。
