1. 建立和完善生产线及相关工作的工艺文件、指导书、质量标准等控制文件，定期组织工艺员、相关人员对生产线工艺控制执行情况进行监督。

2.  建立每天的MRB,DRR状况表，分析当天MRB,DRR上出现的问题，及时采取相应措施，对频繁出现的问题做好相关信息统计，设立改进项目予以解决。

3.  按问题严重性，以轻重缓急有计划的采取措施，尽可能少影响生产线。

4.  统计全检、抽检、GII、GIII、FA及反馈数据，分析生产上的质量缺陷，持续的提出改进方案并予以实施。

职位要求：

1. 大专以上机电类毕业，三年以上相关上道封装测试工作经验；

2. 熟悉FOL（DB/WB)工艺流程，并有相关工作经验；

3. 能过独立设计DOE plan; 

4. 有工程项目相关经验者优先考虑。
