Identify trends in the pharmaceutical market that may impact West products.
Collaborate with Sales to review and capture opportunities
Identify market needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs
Keep up to date on competitive activities and market developments in order to recommend and implement actions of management
Manage all local promotional activities and materials (eg. exhibitions, promotional samples, brochures) in collaboration with regional marketing
Organise promotional technical seminars for identified target audience and ensure appropriate follow-up
Develop local marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with regional marketing for assigned products and services
Ensure the implementation of product plans
Develop and build close relationships with key customer contacts
Contribute to the development of the regional product/marketing plan
Responsible for market development activities of new products and services until transfer to Sales
Close collaboration with Sales, R&D and TCS to ensure implementation of plans
Any other projects assigned by supervisor

西氏青浦工厂有着先进的注塑成型技术以及世界级的洁净生产环境。 这家工厂为静脉输液瓶生产TrimTec 和 InsoCap 密封装置。 这些密封装置可帮助医药公司以满足中国为提高健康医疗服务品质而设计的日渐严格的药物安全标准。 西氏还将这些密闭装置出口到亚洲、欧洲和南美市场。
