工作职责:

-对常见的单元操作或反应过程进行建模、模拟以及估算

Modeling, simulation and estimation of common unit operations and reactions

-识别工艺中的问题，并提供可行的解决方案

Identify the issues in process, and provide feasible solutions

-引入、设计新的反应器或设备

Introduce, design new reactors and equipment

-协助氢化反应的放大研究

Assist in the scale-up of hydrogenation process

-协助研发人员进行实验的设计与分析(DOE)

Assist chemist with design of experiments

-撰写中英文研发报告

Draft research & development reports both in Chinese and English

-严格执行公司及部门SOP，能给出合理的更新建议

Strictly implement the SOP, and have some reasonable suggestions

-保证部门内EHS、IP保护等公司合规内容的实现

Comply the company rules, like EHS/ IP etc

-其他上级经理安排的任务

任职资格:

资历要求Qualification Requirements:

-化学工程或化学工艺及相关专业，具有较强的工程背景

Majoring in chemical engineering, chemical technology & equipment engineering or other relevant disciplines

-硕士学位。有海外工作、留学或研发经验者优先

Master degree; oversea study, research and working experience is definitely an advantage

-熟悉常见单元操作

Familiar with common chemical unit operations

-具有工艺放大经验

Solid knowledge or experience in scale-up of process

-精通CAD软件，熟悉流程模拟软件或CFD软件为优

Proficient in CAD software, familiar with Aspen or CFD is preferred

-具备良好的英文口语和书写能力

Good command of speaking, reading and writing in English
