Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pricing 

?Provide guidance and support to the sales teams in the acquisition of new business and renewals by reviewing product mix opportunities, pricing and gross margin assumptions, utilisation rates.

?Guide the sales team to prepare referral quotation for rate and seek risk approval by Underwriters via Corporate Insurance Department

?Maintenance of risk management costs data for generation of risk management reports.

?Provide and develop costing models to support pricing of new services or products. 

?Assist with the commercial aspects of any new products.

?Development and maintenance of pricing database and guidelines

2. Commercial Contractual terms management

?Assist sales with contract preparation and provide consultation and advice.

?Ensure that contracts and proposals comply with group requirements and guidelines, involving Corporate functions such as legal and Sales and Marketing as required. 

3. Contract Profitability Analysis

?In charge of checking and maintaining profitability by client and by product lines with timely and periodic Profitability (GOP) analysis for clients

?Provides ad hoc financial analysis as required by finance controller 

4. Management Reporting

?Support on the monthly/quarterly review with regional/Group

?Support on the monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and budgeting process

?Ad-hoc business analysis required by management team

Requirements:

?Around 3 years working experience gained in FP&A or business analysis experience.

?Fluent in both written and oral Mandarin and English

?Strong influencing, and negotiating skills, is a team player who can drive problems/issues through to a solution and has excellent commercial judgment

?Excellent interpersonal skills to work in the team – with business-focus mentality

?Ability and mindset to balance the demands of sales with business requirements and guidelines, in a timely manner. 

?Ability to work in multi-tasking and high speed environment
