岗位职责

1、负责单证初审，打单和数据录入等，确保单证的质量及各项条款的正确性；

2、联系沟通客户，及时反馈情况；

3，负责产品付款申请

4，准备相关清关资料和其他所需文件

5、积极完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业优先考虑；

2、了解外贸单证操作流程；

3、有一定的英文基础，熟练操作常用办公软件；

4、工作作风细致、严谨，有较强的工作热情和责任感。
