JOB OBJECTIVES:
To setup a valuation system to keep the project cost transparent and reasonable.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To setup the evaluate system;
2. To discuss and negotiate with contractors about the implementation of the new system;
3. To prepare and set up a unit price based cost system for mechanical, scaffolding and insulation work in the project;
4. Project cost review and estimation with contractors before the project start and cost determination after the project;
5. To discuss and negotiate with contractors about the implementation of the new system;
6. Field check/measurement of the work and verification of the efficiencies;
7. To prepare monthly cost report of the project;
8. Project payment control;
9. Ad hoc task as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor
Working Experience: 5+
