岗位职责：

1、负责处理厨房的运作及行政事务，负责制订厨房的日常工作计划；

Responsible for the daily operation, administration and job plan

2、预估食物的需求和食物/人工成本，招聘和管理厨房的员工；

Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs, recruit and manage kitchen staff

3、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任；

Take responsibility for products and food cost

4、保持对厨房范围的巡视，对下属员工进行督导，及时解决现场发生的问题；

Make an inspection tour, supervisor the staff, solve all the emergency

5、督导厨房食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或份量。

Manage the food material in order to meet the standard of the quantity 

任职要求：

1、两年及以上西餐厅行政主厨管理经验；

more than 2 years for executive chef working experience

2、有较强的应急能力和良好的抗压能力；

Have stronger emergency capacity and good anti-pressure ability

3、有意大利菜系餐厅工作经验;

Have working experience in Italy restaurant

4. 需要外籍人士

Must be foreigner
