Responsibilities:

· Promoting and produces leading for Lanson Place Shanghai.

· Ensure that the sales territories/areas allocated are thoroughly covered and updated. To be conducted regularly to maximize productivity.
· Coordinating and building close relationship with advertising media, property agents and client relations.

· Establishing and maintaining files on major accounts who has established in the Residences and maintains the filing system.

· Responsible for updating information oncompetitors regarding rates, facilities, promotional activities, staff movements regularly and report this information via weekly meeting/reports.

· Arranging certain entertainments with property clients and those who have potential business, also with top 500 companies to maintain good business relationship.

· Organizing and accompanies FAM Trips to the Residences for supportive and potential accounts.

· Meeting up with in-house tenants and guests and ensures post meeting evaluations are conducted.

· Assisting in facilitation payment on outstanding accounts from clients so as to ensure the reationship of the client is maintained

Requirements:

·

· Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in similar capacity in serviced apartment or hospitality industry

· Good marketing sense in driving business revenue and sales targets

· Excellent relationship with real estate agencies

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills, a good team player with outgoing personality

· Structures work activities effectively.

· Proficiency in English, in both oral and written
