2.熟悉产品和样品的开发技术。

3.了解产品和样品的生产过程，熟悉进出口流程。

4.具有开发和价格谈判的能力

5.负责订单从开发到交付客户的整个流程。

6.必须能够有效地与公司内部部门和外部供应商沟通，及时跟进业务进度。

7.具有直接与国外客户，供应商和工厂沟通的经验。

8.能够独立工作和在压力下有效地工作,同时应对并完成多个任务。

9.必须知道如何合理安排工作顺序，确保工作时间合理分配。

10.性格外向,有创造力,吃苦耐劳,有上进心，积极主动。

11.良好的英语阅读和写作的能力。

12.熟练使用办公软件，如：Word, Excel and PowerPoint。

13.纺织工程背景优先。

1) At least five 5 years and above of solid merchandising experience in garments or cold weather accessories or related soft goods（such as gloves,hat,scarves,etc) .

2) Sound technical knowledge in product and sample development.

3) Knowledge of production and sampling processes as well as import and export procedures.

4) Strong communication and follow-up skill in production and price negotiation.

5) Ability to see the order/account through from development to delivery.

6) Can effectively interact with inter-company departments and outside factories and efficient in follow-up.

7) Experience in dealing directly with foreign customers and vendors/factories.

8) Ability to work independently and works effectively under pressure and can multi-task.

9) Must know how to prioritize task to ensure smooth workflow.

10) Outgoing personality, creative, hard-working, self-motivated and with initiative and positive disposition.

11) Good in reading and writing in English.

12) Proficient in use of Microsoft office in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

13) Technical or textile engineering background will be a plus.

Fownes Brothers established manufacturing facilities in Gloversville and Amsterdam, N.Y. in 1903. In the late 1950’s manufacturing shifted from the US and the Caribbean basin, to the Far East. First came the Philippines in 1959, then Southern China in 1984.
Both facilities are still in operation to this day.
With a growing international business, Fownes established an office in Shanghai in 2002 to address the needs of its global customers. In addition to offering comprehensive sales, merchandising and design services, the Shanghai office coordinates sourcing, quality control, quality assurance, product development, and production logistics for all Asian operations.
