职位描述
Key Duties主要职责
1、提供热情服务,积极宣传宾馆的设施、设备及产品,最大限度地争取最大营业收入并使客人满意。
Providing warm services, and actively promote the hotel facilities, equipment and products to maximize revenue and to maximize guest satisfaction.
2、负责 散客预定及变更和取消工作,将各种预订信息准确无误地输入电脑,将订单转交销售部。
FIT is responsible for receiving and change and cancel scheduled to work, all kinds of reservation information accurately into the computer, the order referred to the sales department.
3、按集团标准做好散客和团队宾客入住的准备工作,并准确、迅速地为宾客办理入住登记及离店结账手续。
According to the standard group and FIT team make preparations for the guests to stay and to accurately and quickly to guest check-in and t checkout procedures.
4、及时受理宾客需求,满足其各项需求,必要时向前台主管/大堂经理汇报,将其喜好输入客史。
Timely processing needs of guests, to meet its needs, if necessary, the front desk supervisor / manager to report the lobby, and enter customers preferences in the history
5、处理宾客的各种问讯与留言等要求,并为其提供有关宾馆内外各方面的最新信息。
Information dealing with a variety of guests and comments, etc., and provide both inside and outside the hotel all the latest information
6、办理住店客人换房和房租变更手续。
Wards for guest room change and rent the change.
7、根据客情受理宾客推迟结账或延期离店手续。

9、核对各营业点的住店客人消费账单挂帐事宜,将账单资料及时进行检查和存档。

10、保持工作区域清洁,适时补充各种接待工作必须的表格表式与文具用品,完好地存放有关的报告和记录。

11、及时高效为进出店客人提供各项代办服务。
Timely and efficient in and out of stores offering the service agency
12、尽力为酒店销售房间,在可能的情况销售客房,使酒店达到最高的开房率和房间收入。
Best sale hotel rooms, in the case may be on the sales room, the hotel room to achievthe the highest occupy and room revenue.

5、 提供有关当地准确资料给客人,如当地旅游、交通等。
Provide local accurate information to guests, such as local tourism, transportation, etc.
6、 有任何的建议和意见应向上级反映。

Specific Targets 特定目标
1、 每天完成80%入住客人WYNDHAM REWARDS的招募。
Check daily to complete 80% of the guests WYNDHAM REWARDS recruitment.
2、 保证PSB系统的及时上传,录入率和准确率达到100%。
PSB system to ensure the timely upload, input rate and accuracy rate of 100%.
Job Requirement 岗位要求
1. 文化要求Cultural requirements.:
(1) 大专或以上文化程度。
College or higher education level
(2) 懂电脑,较好英语听力、口语水平。
Understand computers, good English listening, speaking level.
(3) 有旅游英语A级证书。
Touring English A-level certificate.
2. 外貌要求Appearance requirements:
(1) 身高:女1、65M以上,男1.75M以上
Height: 1,65 M women more than men and more than 1.75M
(2) 相貌:五官端庄,举止大方,气质高雅。

3. 工作经验Work experience.:
一年以上饭店相关工作经验。
