Role & Responsibilities:  

1. Operation for import shipments, booking, tracking and customs clearance.

2. To handle VIP client RFQ via system

3.Prepare customer clearance documents, booklets, commodity inspections, etc.

4. Keep contact with overseas and follow up the instructions of routing orders from them.

5. Answer inquiries & settle problem with overseas office/customers timely.

6. Make sure the accuracy of invoice from overseas and local agents.

7. Issue the invoice to customers and overseas timely.

8. Handle parts of coload LCL shipement with team leader.

9. Any other task assigned by manager

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in transportation logistics or commerce preferred.

2.Min. 3 years- experience in either air import or sea import operation position of forwarding company.

3.Proficient MS skill: outlook, excel, word

4.Good English in verbal and written.

5.Commercial sensitive ,Customer oriented, and good at communication skills.

6.Problem solver and result orientated.

7.Be able to work under pressure
