DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

• Direct the daily production/work assignments including setup/vision/press operation to effectively use resources.
• 根据日生产计划合理有效地安排setup/vision 技术员以及生产员工的工作。
• Monitor and improve the overall operation of the shift to achieve the Key PI’s on Output/MOTC/Yield/Scrap/changeover time/ productivity
• 控制和改善当班生产运作以达成产量、质量、合格品、报废率、换模时间和生产效率各指标。
• Implement effective shopfloor management such as safety/5S/discipline, responsible for the protection and proper use of company equipment and property during his shift.
• 负责当班现场安全、5S、纪律,确保合理使用和保护公司设备、财产。
• Assist in the selection, orientation, training and motivation of employees.
• 协助部门进行员工招募、培训和激励。
• Train and ensure all operators running according stand work instruction.
• 培训并确保员工严格按操作规程操作。
• Effectively communicate to employees, informing them of company objectives, accomplishments, performance, as well as information on company policies and procedures.
• 与员工有效沟通，及时传达和宣传公司目标、政策、绩效和制度。
• Communicate with other department such as QA/SCM/Engineering to smooth running the production.
• 与相关部门及时沟通以确保生产正常运行。
• Responsible for the safety of personnel, enforcement of safety policies and procedures, and the protection and proper use of company equipment and property during his shift.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

知识和技能：

• Academic qualification: Bachelor graduate or above
• 本科及以上学历。
• Work experience: 3years’experience of production supervisor/leader in a multination factory environment, with equal or more than 8 years work experience in manufacturing in total
• 八年以上制造企业工作经验，其中三年以上外资生产型企业生产主管或领班。
• Language ability: The ability to effectively communicate in English and Mandarin.
• 能使用普通话和英语进行有效沟通。
• Computer literacy: Knowledge of office software, such as Access, Excel, PPT, Microsoft Outlook.
• 了解办公软件，如Access, Excel, PPT, Microsoft Outlook。
• Others: Understanding of 5S/TPM/quality tool/ISO9000and ISO14000 is perfect.
• 对5S、TPM、质量工具和质量体系有所了解和运用。
