- Prepare full financial reporting package in line with HQ accounting policies and reporting requirement;
- Prepare full sets of accounts in compliance Chinese approved accounting standards;
- Prepare and analyze all relevant information in compliance with local GAAPs for tax agent to complete tax return;
- Prepare month-end balance sheet schedules and reconciliation
- Prepare month-end Journal Voucher
- Supervise inter-company confirmation for month-end close-
- Supervise AR closing - VAT invoicing and reconciliation, AR reconciliation
- Supervise AP closing - vouch invoices, AP reconciliation
- Prepare product costing, analysis of inventory, margin analysis;
- Prepare annual budgeting;
- Maintain Transfer Pricing model in line with HQ policy;
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and government agencies.
- Assist Finance Manager on adhoc tasks

1. Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
2. Hands-on experience in PRC accounting and taxation regulatory compliance requirement.
3. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a SME manufacturing environment
4. Working knowledge of ERP is required
5. Hands-on and ability to work under tight deadlines
6. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
7. Must be proficient in speaking and writing English
