技术支持经理
1, 售前和售后的技术支持：
－为我公司中国代理商提供产品培训，捷达销售过程中遇到的技术问题；
－协助代理商经销人员赢得客户，为客户提供深入的产品技术介绍，培训，以及专业的解决方案；
－帮助客户解决在产品使用过程中可能遇到的技术问题；
－为客户提供产品选型，设计技术方案，负责售前售后的一系列相关事宜；
－通过和一线销售人员以及客户的频繁沟通，及时了解客户需求，市场动向。
2,参与并组织产品的市场宣传：
－参与产品目录，宣传资料的编写和效验；
－编写发表相关技术文章，应用报告；
－组织新产品介绍会，路演等市场活动；
－ 直接向德国销售总监汇报。
您的个人资历：
－三年以上软件编程工作经验；
－C语言的编程知识；
－图形化编程语言的应用；
－技术领域的销售经验；
－良好的技术和商业知识；
－良好的沟通能力；
－勤奋的工作态度和独立的工作能力；
－良好的英文和中文；
－德语优先考虑

Technical Support Engineer
Job Description:
1, Sales and after-sales technical support
- provide training to our distribution partners in China;
- Support in software and hardware questions;
- Help distribution partners to win customers, provide customers with in-depth technical presentations, training, and professional solutions;
- Help customers to realize software projects and support application issues that may be encountered in the process of product use;
- Provide customers with the selection, design and technology program.
2, Marketing analysis:
- Help to make product catalogues, promotional materials preparation and efficacy;
- Collect published technical articles, application reports and create market and competitor analysis;
- Organise new product briefings, road shows and other marketing activities for our company;
- Direct line of reporting to the marketing and sales manager in Germany.
Your profile:
- More than 3 years of work experience as a software engineer, particularly programming;
- Programming knowledge of C and similar software languages;
- Experience with a graphical programming language;
- Experience in sales through distributors in the technical area;
- Good technical and commercial expertise;
- Communication skills, independent and competent working ability;
- Result-oriented approach and high level commitment;
- Good English and Chinese language skill. German would be appreciated.
