1、负责公司日常行政工作；

2、负责现金、票据及银行收支的管理和核对；

3、负责日常报销及备用金管理，收集和审核原始凭证，保证报销手续及原始单据的合法性、准确性；

4、负责在用友系统录入凭证；

5、使用防伪税控系统开具增值税及普通发票；

6、协助上级做好各种帐务的处理工作；

7、负责公司新进人员的招工和退工工作；

8、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作

9、完成上级交给的其它工作。

任职要求

1、持有会计从业资格证书（会计上岗证）；

2、熟悉操作用友财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件；

3、有较强的较强的保密意识、责任心、工作认真细心，态度端正，无不良记录.
