As the domain expert for your area – Responsibilities include:

1. Define use cases, develop user stories and create functional specifications in an Agile environment to drive innovative solutions.

1. Prioritize and manage continuous improvement requests within the development team sprints.
2. Document business processes to conduct gap analyses, build detailed specifications with mockups as needed and articulate business requirements to development teams.
3. Work with cross-functional leads to understand impact analyses across business areas.
4. Facilitate QA testing by providing guidance on how new or modified features should behave.

1. Partner with stakeholders to cultivate ideas, collect requirements, deliver new features, coach users on functionality and facilitate adoption of new products.

1. Quickly identify needs and convert requirements into actionable tasks in a dynamic setting.
2. Foster positive relationships between business stakeholders and technical peers.
3. Flexibility to perform various tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.     Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or business/technical degree with relevant work experience or credentials; CPBA or PMP preferred.

2.     Five (5) years experience in Information Technology with at least three (3) years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager for software implementation projects.

3.     Robust understanding of Software Development Life Cycle; including how to enhance, maintain and/or replace web-based business applications; JIRA/Confluence experience preferred.

1. Solid relational database acumen with strong SQL skills; Oracle Database experience preferred.
2. Familiarity with mockup wireframe and flowchart tools; Balsamiq or Visio experience preferred.
3. Good understanding of business data modeling and business intelligence; Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.

7.     Advanced verbal and written bilingual proficiency.
