• Responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  

1. To managing buying projects for both China and overseas markets from carrying out product sourcing, establish right supply routes for the COMPANY according to clients’ briefs, price negotiation, calculate total purchasing cost, place orders to suppliers and/or service providers, order follow-up tightly to stick on the required delivery time.                 

2. To travel around China and Far East region counties for visiting trade exhibitions, performing factory/supplier audit/assessment, managing projects on product development, production, anticipate and pre-empt problems; liaise between suppliers other overseas offices regarding purchasing projects, 

3. To work with management and quality control teams on both product and factory compliances, ensure the quality standard of products and service we deliver to clients in line with the level the COMPANY has committed.  

4. To arrange product testing and inspections, monitor production and deliveries, to arrange samples and parcels to clients and internal offices; to prepare business correspondence and reports, enable smooth running of orders.      

5. To negotiate the best payment terms , price and delivery time with suppliers and/or service providers for the COMPANY, assist the finance department by working with the suppliers and/or service providers to ensure the smooth running of invoicing.  Handling all processing of data relevant to purchasing role in the company ERP system.   

6. To maintain proper paperwork filing and perform all other tasks relating to this positin

7. To provide reports as and when required by the business.

   
   

   Requirements
   

• English & Chinese fluent in written, oral & listening, good communication skills , prefer min. 1-2 years of hardline items experience.

• University graduated with 3+ years

• Willing & Able to work under pressure
