Job description:

• Develop new accounts in Beijing on-trade markets while recording all activity in CRM
• Push sales and provide customer service to current key accounts
• Plan and execute marketing actions in client venues in coordination with the marketing team
• Provide beer trainings and tastings at client venues
• Manage distribution partners to encourage further sales in the city

Requirements:

• Relevant sales or F&B experience in China
• Independent and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conversational Mandarin level
• Familiarity with Beijing is a plus

Compensation:

• Salary will be based on experience level
• Compensation package will include base salary, performance-based bonuses, and work-related allowances
• Health insurance
• Work permit
