A Testing Specialist creates test cases and scripts and may also perform system tests, integrate test management with automated testing tools to provide a structure for managing the entire test process, evaluate test results, and recommend improvements.

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
?Carry out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet customer standards and user requirements
?Assist the development team in creating, implementing and maintaining test documents
?Coordinate the creation of system test plans, test cases and test execution with the test team
?Coordinate defect validation with test team and assist the development team in recreating defects
?Create, execute and maintain automation scripts
?Monitor product quality throughout the release life cycle
?Evaluate readiness of product for customer availability
?Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:
? BS or MS degree preferred in CS, EE, Math, or equivalent
? At least 3-5 years testing or developing experience (Internet/Web related applications a plus)
? Strong understanding of QA methodology and the Software Development Life-cycle
? Strong Automation test skills, good programming skills and knowledge of automation tool such as Selenium, QTP, etc.
? Nice to have Agile/Scrum working experience
? Fluency in English
? Good communication skill
