1、在生产总监的领导下，负责生产车间的日常生产管理、生产人员管理和思想教育、现场管理，对车间的工作负全责。

2、按照生产作业规程、产品质量规程标准对车间进行严格管理。

3、建立健全符合本车间的工作流程，管理制度，操作规程，岗位职责。

4、负责车间安全生产和劳动纪律管理。

5、根据公司总的生产计划，制订车间和品种生产计划，科学排班定岗，合理调配。

6、负责车间内员工的考勤考核记录，加班工时单的填写申报。

7、负责车间设备管理维护工作，保持设备完好率，提高利用率，减少停机率，保持正常生产。

8、对生产过程中出现的各种问题和事故立即报告并提出整改建议。

9、负责车间各岗位人员的培训、储备和培养工作，保持生产车间生产队伍的稳定性。

任职要求;

1、38岁~55岁，大专及以上学历；

2、5年以上机械行业生产管理经验，2年以上生产主管、车间主管岗位工作经验；

3、有外资工作经历；

4、精力充沛、适应高工作压力，具有较强的现场实际问题解决能力和管理魄力。
