RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述：

-Set up total reward strategy for 3 years by keeping abreast of emerging trends, researching, designing and implementing C&B projects in line with this strategy

根据公司战略目标，设计和实施符合该战略的薪资福利项目，制定3年福利体系计划

-Establish job grading system, do job analysis of new roles and organization structures from the business and grade the roles

建立岗位职级系统，对业务中的新角色和组织结构进行工作分析，并对角色进行评级

-Ensure the C&B policies and processes are communicated in line with employment branding and strategic guidelines

确保薪资福利政策和流程制定与雇主品牌和战略指导方针保持一致

REQUIREMENTS 任职资格：

-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resources is preferred

本科及以上学历，人力资源专业优先

-At least 5+ years in Compensation and Benefits manager or consultancy role

5年以上薪酬福利经理或专业咨询相关工作经验

-Good knowledge in China labor law and regulation, and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements

熟悉中国劳动法和相关规章制度，并有相关实践经验

-Experience with Job Evaluation Systems

有专业的职位评估系统经验

-Good knowledge of China Tax regulations with respect to IIT

熟悉中国个人所得税相关法规

-Microsoft Windows packages, Advanced Excel a must

熟悉Windows系统，需精通Excel
