Responsibility：

  

*Follow up leads over the phone and keep close relationship with clients;

  

*Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold calling;

  

*Qualify each lead and capture necessary information;

  

*Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of business;

  

*Maintain and keep up to date all CRM records;

  

*Deal with and monitor customer queries and any other customer issues;

  

*Communicate with customers promoting business retention;

  

*Remain current and up to date on new industry development and trends.

  

  

Requirements:

  

*At least 2 years experiences in logistic field, Client Relations or Inside sales position;

  

*Pricing background and market knowledge will be a big plus;

  

*Enthusiasm and generosity, eager to make cold calls and follow up closely;

  

*Strong sense of responsibility and a firm concept of time, be able to work to deadlines and achieve KPIs and sales targets;

  

*Have a good sense of teamwork and good communication;

  

*Good verbal and written English communication skills;

  

*Good skill on Office Software.
