Educational requirements:
? A Bachelor's degree in English, international business, mass communication or related.
? Have a strong command of both spoken and written English / Chinese with strong interpersonal skills.
? Computer literacy is important, preferably in database management skills.

Skills/knowledge:
? Multitasking, attention to details and self-driven.
? Good communication skills internally and externally.
? Good time management skill, can handle work logistical and systematical.
? Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.
? Loyalty and like to take the challenge.

Overall Responsibilities
? Assist project team in matters of international market research, promotion, and sales.
? Coordinate with international sales agencies on sales promotion and visitor organization.
? Develop the international awareness about exhibitions and conferences of the company.
? Take active participation in different types of international trade fairs and work as a representative of the company.
? Responsible for preparation, implementation and execution of conference plans.
? Lead conference planning activities and work closely with project team and event partners.
? Develop and build rapport with industry professionals, associations and government bodies.
? Work closely with marketing team and event partners for budget planning, forecasts, program development, speaker and delegate recruitment and overall event execution.

Experience requirements:
? Above 3 years related working experience, preferably in exhibitions field or event organization
