岗位要求：

1.具有3年及以上工程项目施工及管理经验；

2.熟悉各项国家及行业标准规范，熟悉设计、图纸、施工、造价等；
3.良好的施工进度及成本控制能力及施工现场质量、安全控制能力；

4.出色的与项目业主或项目管理方以及与工程设计方的沟通、交流及协调能力；
5.较强的施工组织能力以及分析和解决施工中出现问题的能力，以及项目施工管理能力；
6.英语听说读写能力良好；

7.持有相关证书者优先。
