1. Fully understand customer needs and complete customer post responsibility analysis;

2. Develop a perfect talent search program;

3. Search for target candidates, be responsible for selecting, interviewing and evaluating candidates, provide professional career planning assistance to candidates, and help them find the best career development path;

4. Provide professional, standardized and systematic talent recommendation reports to customers;

5. Coordinating and promoting clients to further arrange candidates'interviews and timely feedback on the results of the interviews;

6. Provide customers with perfect candidate background survey, salary negotiation and follow-up services;

7. Coordinating the good relationship between the client and the employee, paying attention to the employee's career development;

8. Deeply tap the recruitment needs of new and old customers, maintain customer relationship, and carry out customer development work.

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree or above in general enrollment, with unlimited majors; more than half a year experience in headhunting (experience in recruitment or sales is also acceptable);

2. Willing to do mapping, willing to challenge high-end positions, willing to work as a career to do;

3. Millions of consultant dreams and strong sense of purpose;

4. Has certain sensitivity and judgment ability to the talent market;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and interpersonal skills, good at solving emergencies;

6. Integrity, honesty and action, clear organization, willing to share, good at summarizing;

7. Pursue excellence, like challenges, and dare to communicate directly with top 500 executives.

Salary and treatment:

Basic treatment: base salary 5-15K + higher commission + holiday benefits + entry insurance one gold + Team Incentive award;

Higher base salary and higher commission; at the end of each year, all consultants will be paid according to their performance.

Year-end paid annual leave (new couples enjoy the same); two-day weekend; national statutory holidays public holidays.
