职位描述：

1、主导供应链管理，包括收货、品检、入仓、包装发货、退换货、人员管理等工作

2、了解电商供应链，熟悉中国跨境贸易模式（保税、集货、直邮、一般贸易等），知晓相关操作流程

3、能够跨部门协调在日常运营中遇到的各种问题，并通过持续性的解决问题和沉淀形成完整、完善的供应链运营流程，优化供应链成本

4、对接各大电商平台、大型商超的仓储、配送等供应链业务管理、操作、执行工作

5、根据各品类的品控质量要求，拟订完善的商品质量管理规范与作业程序

6、监督和结果分析，并提出改进方案

7、同采购、运营、财务、物流公司等各部门保持顺畅沟通，确保各项工作迅速开展

8、有效配合公司整体业务运作需求

职位要求：

1、有天猫或淘宝店铺供应链管理工作经验

2、耐心、细致、诚实、有责任心，愿意为消费者提供最贴心的服务

3、善于团队合作、沟通能力强

4、逻辑性强，对数字比较敏感，有较强的数据分析能力

5、熟练操作电脑，熟练掌握电子邮件、Excel等工具

6、必须要有美妆类客户渠道及代理渠道。
