Main Responsibilities

    

1. Social Media Marketing

    

? Evaluate social media opportunities, develop and implement strategies

    

? Develop social media content strategies, supervise and curate relevant content (images, video, written), identify opportunities in user generated content and execute, for social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo

    

? Develop, supervise and analyze social campaign with well-defined KPI.

    

? Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and conversions.

    

? Articulate social media channel performance with reports. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.

    

    

2. Content Creation and Distribution

    

? Create content strategy for different online platforms and lead a team of content creators (internal & external) to make sure the content create is attractive to target audience

    

? Data management, tracking, quality assurance and troubleshooting both on the back end (CMS) and front end (consumer facing)

    

    

3. Data analytics and research

    

? Define and utilize analytics and data to analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to measure the effectiveness of digital efforts and assist in decision making

    

? Leverage analytics and insights to optimize budget across digital media continuously

    

    

4. Offline and online design

    

- Events: design invitations, notices, and posters for all of our public events, big and small.

    

- Internal communications: brochure, newsletters, signage, internal event graphics.

    

- US market material designer

    

- Online material creation

    

    

Experience/Education Required 任职资格

    

- Combines inspired creativity with technical proficiency and can effectively communicate their ideas.

    

- Multi task on a daily basis and work in a fast-paced environment.

    

- A design qualification, Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

    

- Experience as a graphic designer in-house or design agency.

    

- Team worker, diligent, proactive, able to complete assignments with tight deadlines.

    

- Must be fluent in Chinese, English ability is a plus.

    

- Print production and photography experience is a plus.

为树立集团锐意创新的形象，集团要求了世界著名建筑设计师Jan Utzon担纲设计了位于上海闵行区联友路的新总部办公大楼，为特雷通集团创造一个具有丰富创意空间的环境。该大楼于2004年动工修建，2005年6月竣工，2006年3月20日正式启用。标志着特雷通12年来在中国的发展，获得了初步成功。而且新总部大楼的建设还表达出特雷通扎根中国，并将集团的发展与中国经济更紧密地联系在一起的美好愿景。
