Job Description :
Build up close relationship with key customers;
Manage the distribution channel to drive sales revenue, market share increase in mass market;
Identify new customers ,new sales opportunities to expand the customer base in the region.
Provide customer demand forecast to factory and work with marketing to execute corporate pricing strategies
Review distributors' performance regularly for demand creation activities, revenue growth, and etc.
Requirements :
Proven ability to grow shares through distribution channel and expand business in new market or new customers
Familiar with embedded market and key customers in South China area
Strong understanding of customers needs, Memory sales experience is preferred.
Good presentation and communication skills in both Mandarin and English
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
6+years of sales or marketing exper
