1、负责维护公司服务支撑系统的数据录入、统计、汇报等工作；

2、参与部门质量体系建设，服务流程规范等相关文档制定，持续优化改进；

3、进行质量政策的落地培训、推广等活动，跟踪调研政策落地情况，收集信息和记录反馈问题；

4、进行项目、交付、维护服务的质量检查，制定质量检查计划，进行自检、抽检等，并汇报检查报告；

5、进行客户满意度调查，并提供改进措施和建议，协助提升公司服务能力；

任职要求：

1、对IT服务管理、系统集成项目等有深入了解，具有质量管理经验优先；

2、熟悉ISO9001、OHSAS 18001、EHS等体系，熟悉PDCA、ZD等理念优先；

3、要求踏实、有责任心，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，并有很强的学习能力；

4、具有较强的文档撰写能力，逻辑思路清晰，较强的创新能力，有良好的计划和执行能力；

5、能够熟练使用office日常办公软件；
