1. Responsible for Recruitment Project.
2. Assistance of Interview arrangements, resumes pre-screen through email, phone call, etc.
3. Support of HR Manager in daily work, regarding on offer & on boarding process follow up, etc.
4. Employee Data base set up.
5. Responsible for personnel files management and translation;
6. Other jobs appointed by HR Manager.

Requirement:
1.3rd-year undergraduate student or this year's graduates;
2.Be proficient in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
3.Interested in HR and have a high competent in learning;
4.Good in oral and written English;
5.Attention to detail and good time management;
6.To be patient and very careful .
At least 3-4 full working days per week.
