WHO IS LEND LEASE PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION (LL PM&C)?

Lend Lease has been operating in China since 1993 with the head office in Shanghai. With more than 20 years of experience in the region, Lend Lease has extensive knowledge base on local state regulations and local construction conditions and requirements. We have successfully delivered more than 250 projects for multi-national and local Chinese companies. Lend Lease maintains permanent staff strength of more than 200 permanent staff including professional, qualified project managers, construction managers, architects, engineers and a full in-house design team.

LL PM&C has a substantial presence in China, employing over 150 professional engineering, project management, technical and support staff. Over the last 20 years LL PM&C has completed over 250 projects in China, including over 150 manufacturing facilities projects for multinational clients, in roles ranging from Turnkey contractor, to EPCM to consultant Project Manager.

LL PM&C's China headquarters is located in Shanghai, with Branch Offices in Beijing & Taipei, and we currently have project offices in 3 provinces of China.

Our China business is looking for Assistant Project Engineers who are looking to be part of an energetic international company expanding into China. The following requirements are necessary:


Major in Civil Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical, Architectural, Project Management or equivalent;
Excellent command of oral & written English, CET 6 or above;
Skilful at AutoCAD & MS Office, Medium Level Computer Certificate holder;
Good interpersonal skills for teamwork;
Willing to travel to other cities throughout China.
