Responsibility:
- Review and update Chart of Accounts with the current usage of accounts, and maintain the accounts in the ERP system
- Maintain the FA records in accounting system, tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation and other relevant issues
- Administrate and monitor bank accounts, prepare monthly bank reconciliation report
- Responsible for accuracy of accounting vouchers and review reports to ensure the compliance with global and PRC accounting standards
- Responsible for transcription of General Ledger and Sub-Ledger
- Check and track inter-company transaction
- Coordinate monthly closing activities, related entries of GL reviewing and schedule control
- Prepare or review tax calculation and monitor tax filing process on a monthly basis
- Prepare and analyze local statutory report
- Responsible for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
- Prepare issue financial report for company, including GL and P&L accounts.
- Carry out expenses analysis.
- Advocate and bring action plans into force
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualification:
- 5 years or above working experience, at least two years experience in G/L
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education in Accounting, good concept on Accounting and internal control
- Good at MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge and experience of ERP.
- Good at oral and written English
- Upright, diligent, responsible and a team player
- Mature and can work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skill on financial statement
- Excellent interpersonal skill and familiar with Chinese GAAP and also tax regulation
