工作职责：

1、根据招聘计划实施社会招聘、校园招聘工作，发布招聘广告、参加招聘会、进行简历筛选、电话邀约、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告、复试的安排等工作；

2、了解各部门的用人需求，与各部门保持密切职位沟通,在规定时间内完成招聘任务；

3、管理、开发、维护、评估招聘渠道,建立人才储备机制,储备公司发展所需要的人才；

4、负责安排入职前录用事宜、薪资谈判等工作；

5、协助优化、完善公司的招聘流程，提出相关的合理化建议，提升招聘有效性。

岗位要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源专业、心理学等相关专业者优先；

2、3年以上的招聘工作经验，有互联网、电商行业背景优先；

3、具备丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉企业招聘流程及各类招聘渠道；

4、掌握较好的面试技巧，有效预防面试环节的潜在用工风险；

5、较强的自我驱动力和主动意识，快速响应，结果导向；

6、思维敏捷，亲和力强，沟通能力佳，工作责任心和工作执行力强。
