KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

• Help to receive and file daily regulation and notice from various channels with regulators, including CBIRC/ PBOC/ SAFE.

• Help to submit and file correspondence and reporting via various channels to regulators as at regular frequency or specific deadline.

• Set up and maintain a regulation/notice index from Jan 2019 till current on-going.

• Set up and maintain a correspondence/feedback index from Jan 2019 till current on-going.

• Update reporting list that owned by compliance.

• Update reporting list that submitted by compliance for other team.

• Set up and maintain a visit record to regulators.

• Set up and maintain a meeting minutes record with regulators.

• Help to prepare compliance training material and PPT.

• Help to prepare basic work for compliance monitoring.

• Help to prepare basic information for CR meeting.

• Help to consolidate feedback from different departments for both internal and external survey/requirement.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

   

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• Bachelor degree holder with basic legal or financial knowledge

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
